About Us

The TEDU Career Center was established to assist all TED students in familiarizing themselves with and getting in contact with the local businesses and business leaders before graduation, as well as helping them adapt to potential professional demands after graduation.

We do this by providing students with pertinent information and leadership skills regarding their career choices, with the intent to guide them toward the best suitable career paths. By taking into account their personal talents, abilities and interests, we help students lay out a plan for their careers while also providing higher education opportunities as they come along.

  • We develop opportunities for full-time, part-time, short-term or compulsory internship programs for our students and alumni.
  • Through our TEDUTalks Program, we bring together students and role-models in various professions to help enable students to learn more about their chosen professions through dialogues and observation, helping them discover first-hand the different visions and means of success entrepreneurs in their chosen fields have followed or else put into practice.
  • We provide counseling and training in the preparation of CV’s, the developing of interview techniques and appropriate professional conduct.
  • We introduce students to a variety of firms by organizing career days and conversation sessions.
  • We bring employers, students and alumni together during our Career Fairs, along with providing contact opportunities for internships and future employment.
  • We evaluate job offers, help prepare employment agreements and provide support for students during early periods of adaptation to new positions of employment with all manner of companies.
