What Does the Career Center Do?
Dear Student/Alumni,
TEDU Career Center was established with the aim of supporting our students begin to get familiarity business environments by communicating directly with the business world before graduation, and transition more smoothy into professional life after graduation.
Our aim is to enable students to recognize themselves and their personality traits by using their knowledge, skills, and abilities, and identifying their areas of interest, allowing them to consciously evaluate the options they will encounter in their career choices and/or higher education plans, and thus guide them toward the right career goals. - Career Counselling: We offer Career Counselling Services to help you with career choices, setting career goals, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Job and Internship Opportunities: We establish corporate collaboration protocols for mandatory internships, voluntary internships, long-term internships, and socially beneficially internship opportunities for students. We share currents job posting with our graduates. Companies where TEDU students have interned.
- Network Opportunities: Through career events, we bring students together with people with they can take as role modals, and enable them gain awareness of the visions that will support their career goals. These effective networking meeting are beneficial in transitioning from student life to professional life.
- CV Editing/Interview Support: Creating an effective and acceptable resume recognized by HR experts and preparing cover letter is the first most important step to be invited to an interview. - Corporate Collaborations: We initiate new collaborations through our company visits. This way, we create new internship/job opportunities for our students and graduates while allowing professionals from collaborating companies to engage closely with our ecosystem through the events they participate in. - WanTED Career Days: Every year, we bring together employers, HR professionals, students, and graduates at the WanTED Career Days.
