Semih Yalman is an expert in soft power, intangible asset management and brand perception strategy. He has been working closely as an advisor with many companies as well as personalities to help them achieve their perception goals as well as fixing misperception problems.
Semih is a mentor in self re-design and utilizes many authentic methods for individuals to re-invent and improve themselves.
Yalman is also the founder of DreamsTalk a social responsibility and inclusion philanthropy platform that listens to dreams of students at Universities and acts as a bridge between the dreamer and solution partners. He organizes more than 40 imagination conferences per year listening to thousands of students.
In this regard he also works with company HR departments analyzing employees imagination to utilize the data for enhanced bonding with the corporation as well seeking solutions for further innovation within the company through employer branding.
Yalman teaches undergraduate/graduate & executive courses on subjects such as increasing imagination capacity, intangible asset management, soft power, self innovation and brand value creation in universities such as EADA – Barcelona, Koç University - Istanbul, Harran- Urfa, AGU- Kayseri, Medipol- Istanbul, Karatay - Konya.
Semih Yalman also teaches team building, leadership to corporates and individuals with horses in which he combines his holistic teaching with kundalini yoga.
Semih is the founder of an algorithm on betterment of imagination which he displays in his book “Hayal et ki ol (You Are What You Dream Of)” Destek, 2016.
He is the author of 15 books on inner journeying, self-innovation, perception; a columnist for Campaign Türkiye magazine and Harvard Business Review Turkey online; an anchor of a TV program at Cnn Türk and radio program at Karnaval Radio; a keynote speaker on self actualization, imagination and perception as well as a composer of 9 music albums which are on air at spotify.
Semih Yalman previously held various assignments with a concentration on brand perception and marketing world wide both at board and executive level at organizations such as Doğuş Group, Gillette, P&G, National Geographic, CNBC Turkey, NTV, Turkish American Business Council, GE, Inci Holding and Işık University.
Semih is a graduate of AMP of Harvard Business School and holds degrees from Emerson College and Hacettepe University.
Yalman’s change agent methodology is of mention in a Harvard Business School case study. Last but not least he is a well articulated multilingual key note speaker (5 time TEDx speaker).
On personal level Yalman father of two children speaks English, German, Spanish and Turkish and is an active sailor, photographer, horseback rider, kite surfer and yogi
