The first guest of 2017 in Conversations with Turkey’s Career Pioneers was FNSS Business Development and Programs Director Aybars Küçük. Mr. Küçük began the conversation by introducing himself and summarized how his career ended in FNSS after having worked at Aselsan for 30 years.
Mr. Küçük went on with answering the questions of the students and stressed the importance of MBA, the future of Mechatronics, Nano technology, the value of becoming a brand in business life, space engineering, the effects of defence industry on certain processes, its details and the need for licence in imports and exports.
Aybars Küçük also mentioned the significance of foreseeing the change of balance in politics, that machines and softwares may well replace the humans in the future and that the labouring robots will minimize occupational accidents. Mr. Küçük emphasized that success in business life depends on being curious, high communication skills, open-mindedness and reflexive decision-making.
Mr. Küçük also stated that he enjoys his profession and that this has a significant effect on his success. At the end of the conversation Mr. Küçük invited the students to the IDEF exposition which will take place in İstanbul and mentioned that it will be great opportunity for the students to understand better the defence industry.
