Mr. Serdar Bacaksız, Board Member at Limak Corporate Group, who started his talk by telling about the significance of civil engineering in our country and in the world, gave career advice to the students and graduates of civil engineering departments.

Mr. Bacaksız emphasized that speaking one language is not adequate for civil engineers, in order to become prominent; they must undertake every project whether easy or difficult and travel city by city, which will greatly contribute to their experiences.

Mr. Bacaksız continued his talk by telling about the future of civil engineering and talked about the “Engineer Girls of Turkey” project which they support in order to increase the ratio of woman civil engineers. Mr. Serdar Bacaksız concluded his talk by telling about the internship opportunities and answering the questions from students.
